Shipping Policy
At Fur and Flora, we aim to deliver your order quickly and in great condition.
Where we ship
Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
Processing times
Most in-stock items are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 Central European Time are processed the next business day.
For live plants, we may briefly hold shipments during extreme heat or cold to protect your order. If this happens, we will notify you.
Transit times
Typical delivery times after dispatch:

Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg: 1–3 business days

France and Germany: 2–5 business days
These time frames are estimates. Actual delivery can vary based on carrier performance and local conditions.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. All current destinations are within the European Union; no customs duties or import taxes apply.
Carriers
We ship with reputable carriers such as DPD, FedEx, and local postal services. The carrier is selected based on destination and parcel size.
Order tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also view your order status in your Fur and Flora account.
Delivery issues
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship once the parcel is received back; additional shipping costs may apply. If a carrier redirects your parcel to a pickup point, please collect it within the carrier’s stated timeframe.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email info@furandflora.eu within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of:

the outer packaging, and

the item itself.
We will offer a replacement or a refund based on your preference and product availability.
Split shipments
To deliver faster, items in the same order may ship separately at no extra cost.
